Comments: Two pets are allowed per apartment home. Breed restrictions do apply. Dogs must be older than 1 year and house trained. We collect a pet deposit of $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $40 per pet.
Restrictions: The breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, American Staffordshire Terrier, and any mixes that include one of these breeds.
